Meet Debra Tronti
Founder & CEO, Alive Fitness & Wellness Center Inc.
Debra Tronti is the visionary behind Alive Fitness & Wellness Center, a one-of-a-kind community wellness hub being developed in South Riverside County, California.
With more than two decades of experience in healthcare — including a decade as a teacher training new employees in orientation, crisis prevention, and computer systems — as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Debra brings both clinical knowledge and a passion for education and support. Her own journey with chronic illness, combined with her life as a military spouse and mother, inspired her to build something different — an integrated facility that supports the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
Through its companion nonprofit, The Alive Foundation, the center will subsidize access for veterans, seniors, youth, busy families, and underserved community members so that wellness is truly accessible to everyone.
Debra is currently a Master’s student focused on entrepreneurship and is actively building partnerships, validating the model with local families, and fundraising to open the flagship location in 2026. Rooted in faith, gratitude, and a passion for community, she is turning a long-held dream into a lasting legacy for South Riverside County.
The Why
What drives this work
Alive exists because wellness should never have to compete with life. Every decision — from the layout of our studios to the way we schedule classes — comes back to the same three commitments.
Whole-Person Care
Body, mind, and spirit are not separate conversations. Alive integrates movement, recovery, reflection, and community in one place — so caring for one naturally supports the others.
Accessible by Design
Through The Alive Foundation, we subsidize access for veterans, seniors, youth, busy families, and underserved community members — because wellness is not a luxury.
Built Around Real Lives
Parents shouldn’t have to choose between their health and their kids. Our hours, our childcare, our programming — every detail is designed around how real families actually live.
The Alive Foundation
The Alive Foundation is the nonprofit arm of our mission. Its purpose is simple but powerful: make sure the people who need wellness the most can actually access it — regardless of income, circumstance, or stage of life.
Through community partnerships, fundraising, and grants, the Foundation subsidizes memberships and programs for the neighbors who might otherwise be left out. Every dollar donated goes directly back into the community we serve.
Veterans & Military Families
Honor those who served by removing the financial barrier to wellness.
Seniors
Support active, connected aging in the community you’ve built your life in.
Youth & Teens
Give the next generation a healthy place to move, learn, and belong.
Busy & Underserved Families
Make wellness possible for households where time and money are both tight.
Wellness is a priority, not a privilege.
The Alive Foundation exists so that the people who need this community the most can be part of it. If you’d like to support that mission — or apply for subsidized access — we’d love to hear from you.
